The purpose of the building was to provide office space three floors and student accommodation three top floors, total six floors.

The guy at reception was unbelievably nice and did everything to help. I
didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me
his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the
night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness.
Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there
was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

Good value for London and location within easy walking distance of the tube station. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied in the room as well as a fridge. Shower was good, beds OK and chairs comfy. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station.
