We have stayed in the Flat No. 16. It was located in Magdalen str. 17-21, on the 2nd floor. There were two small bedrooms and a big livingroom together the kithen. The flat was well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, microwave owen, coffe maker, huge TV set, DVD player). It was clean. The windows overlooked to a very narrow street so there was quiet. It was located next to the HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge. it is at the heart of london, v close to tube station, walking distance from tower bridge. very well maintained property, neat and tidy. obliging staff. it felt like home away from home.
Everytihng pretty close. shops/ tube/ attractions nice to be able just to stay in or lie in without the noise of other guests passing your door & maids trying to get i to clean.
Loved the location. Very well set up accommodation. There were a few maintenance problems but they were attended to quite promptly.

Appartment in Excellent condition, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bath/shower. Kitchen/living room. Well located near Thames river. Near tube station. It compared very well against some of the dingy hotel room its price competes against.
Location was convenient, for what we paid it was adequate. We stay in London a lot and have used many apartments and hotels (3 times per week on average).

Very noisy train line close by. Apartment was very hot. It needed to be air conditioned (but staff arranged fans promptly). checkin Staff initially charged an additional 2% MasterCard charge, which was rescinded after liaison through letsbookhotel.com.

Having to go somewhere else to pick up key then go to apartments.
I had to go to agency office 20 mins walk away. Not a problem if I was told before my arrival to London.
It was grubby and dirty, the entrance way and carpets dont create a good impression, the noise from the trains is disturbing, like many apartments it doesnt cater for women in terms of mirrors for make up, no curtains means that light wakes people up,.

Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and credit card used for the booking. The card holder must be present upon arrival.

Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel.
