Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel. Friendly welcome

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.
