For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

Localização - Very convenient central location, good parking, friendly and helpfulstaff, very clean and smart, service excellent, very good value formoney, very good breakfast service - Very clean and comfortable. Especially good for our stay as it was very close to the Echo Arena. A very short walk. We will definately be staying here again.

The apartments were wonderfully well equiped, the owners seem to have thought of everything. The staff were accommodating and very friendly, and were able to arrange a late check-in at very short notice. The room was clean, comfortable and fitted with everything necessary. The hotel has great transport links, equidistant to Sandhills, Bank Hill, and Kirkdale stations.
