  Staff was outstanding in both hotel and at breakfast. Food was excellent. Large spotless bathroom. Great Bed. Hotel is in perfect central location for shopping, etc. Door man very helpful ever day.   My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the street if you require groceries.
