  Margarate was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was well serviced, linens clean and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was good with an ample variety. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the university and it was easy to access public transportation. She even carried my heavy bag in for me, as my injured ribs were still very sore. I loved Belgrave, it had everything I needed, including free private parking at the door.

  This hotel was excellently placed for the function we were attending. It was clean and comfortable and despite asking for a room at the back, thinking it would be quieter, we had a room at the front in the basement which was quiet and also large so there was no need to complain. We would stay here again. - A great little hotel excellent location for byers road and the west end. Stayed in an executive room which was nice and big and clean. Receptionist was very nice and very helpful and although it says no parking there is a small car park at the rear. Would recomend and will use again.

  Easy to check in, made to feel very welcome. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Room was very comfortable and the tea and coffee was very welcome! The breakfast was superb - both the choice and the quality of the food offered.   This was a brilliant location for me. In the city centre with loads of restaurants and Pubs around. There was parking outside the Hotel for just £2-4 for a part or full day. Laundret just 5mins down the road.   I was very dubious about this hotel as only after I booked the hotel I noticed a few very negative comments on the internet. I phoned the hotel and Tom who works of the reception advised me that the hotel is very good value for money and I will be pleasantly surprised. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. There was r - This is a budget hotel which is well worth the nobey we paid. Breakfast was am ple and standard fare. The room was better than you would expect from this Type of hotel. SECC is within walking distance from the hotel. The only complaint is the short time availability of breakfast. As this hotel caters for people going to a gig they need to increase time for breakfast. It meant that people all rushed in just before 8.30am and the breakfast room could't cope with this.   Very warm welcome when we arrived and this friendly manor continues for whole weekend. Nice room, clean and fresh. Good cooked breakfast...not greasy or cold:-).
