Found the staff very welcoming and genuine. The room was more than accommodating for my night's stay (as I ran the half-marathon) the next day. I found the shower simply amazing.
My overall experience was fantastic and found the place less of a 'hostel' but more of a luxurious/en-suite/student accom/hotel type. -

Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks

The apartments were wonderfully well equiped, the owners seem to have thought of everything. We went to collect keys at roscoe house on rodney street, expecting to stay at henry st apartments, however, we were places in apartments in cornhill street which was further and we didnt like this aspect, and weren't told about it either, however it didnt affect out stay, apart from being slightly further away from city centre than from henry stre

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.
