  Definitely best choice for Edinburgh. Have stayed at Balmoral 3 times already, and every time was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Love the superb location, warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellently polite and helpful staff, relaxing SPA area. Very close to train station and just a short walk to Royal mile and some other attractions. It had character as well as having modern facilties. We look forward to our next stay. - Everything, service, quality, kindness of people both hotel staff and local. We stayed in the McDonald Bath spa hotel so we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff can't do enough for you, opens doors always ask if your ok and if there's anything they can do for us. Absolutely amazin.
