The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. The bathroom was lovely. Especially the jacuzzi bath. Location was ideal for what we needed.
