The breakfast on Monday morning was very good indeed; service was friendly and attentive. My room, although small, was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is well situated next to Nottingham Castle. - The location was ideal only a short walk to the city center and the parking was great and very cheap £5,50 for 24hours

The hotel staff was very kind and accommodated my request. The location was perfect in the city centre. I have got a quiet room how I wanted. - It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location, close to shops, trainstation and best of all the nottingham arena.

Gostei muito do atendimento e da atenção que tiveram face ao check in tardio. - a friendly small hotel not the highest quality fittings but the warmth and kindness of the staff especially the manager is something i have never experienced in a chain hotel, i made a few requests which were all dealt with at no extra charge. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back
