Corridor to the rooms very quiet and beautiful carpet and lighting. Room massive and very comfortable felt very posh. staff were more than kind and with us in no time to help us with the safe that we lock by accdient. price was very reasonable for the standard. I will definately be returing to this hotel and spa.

The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. Very impressed

myself and my partner adored the presentation of city inn hotel, manchester. we loved the fresh flowers within every area of hotel creating a warm and comforting welcome, the room was of excellent style and decor, the hospitality of the hotel staff; the warm and friendly helpfulness. we felt totally looked after and our stay was made so beautifully

The free internet use was a nice, unexpected surprise and helped me plan my day ahead. The rooms were spotless and the check-in was simple and efficient. I arrived early Saturday morning (circa 10.30) and my room was available immediately. The studio was very well designed and extremely quiet (opposite the NCP car park) and I had one best night's sleep ever. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. As a female lone traveller I also felt quite safe. The location was perfect.

Staff were ever so friendly and helpful, they spent ages trying to find a restaurant that played live music while we dined. the food at the hotel was fantastic I dont normally order order steak cooked rare outside of home normally medium rare as a precaution but i did there and it was cooked perfectly its the second time me and the wife have stayed there and no doubt there will be a third

Very good location, comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities, well functioning climate control (it was really hot in Manchester when we were visiting), no noise from the street (and Oxford Rd is a busy one), easy to get everywhere, including main universities (we were for the graduation week). -

The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester for 20 odd years now and this hotel is the best.

I loved the decor, the room was very comfortable and the facilities better than published - eg flat screen Tv, free wifi access,the bistro style food was fantastic - and very reasonably priced - The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from
outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some
noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room
was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher,
cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with
Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an
extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but
