The whole stay was ideal, we were 4 ladies travelling for leisure and
shopping, we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we got there they
gave us the option of 2 studios for the same price as we would have more
space and comfort, we chose our original booking and stuck with the 1
bedroom apartment as we wanted to all stay together but was lovely to be
offered the choice, we had problems with hot water the first night but
as soon as we rang they came straight up, the breakfast was lovely an

We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra

Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.
