Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.   On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... o que as pessoas dizem » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor.
