We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and
conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

I really enjoyed our stay at L3. Water Street is in walking distance of Mathew Street and all the main shopping areas. The apartment was spotless when we got there and was set up beautifully. Recommend this Apartment to anyone. - Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location on a quiet street but close to everything, great value for money

I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar. We left feeling very relaxed after having a very enjoyable week

All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock.
Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big!
We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar!
The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly.
I would go back.

A very pleasant surprise. A large split level apartment, quiet, well appointed, light and airy. Sky TV, WIFI, and even parking included if pre-arranged. Exceptional value for money. Central Liverpool is just out to the door. Stayed for only three nights but would have spent a week here. One of those few places that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.
