Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the
doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We
walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who

We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. Clean and well kept hotel with an absolutely unbeatable location at this price and standard. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.
I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it. -

The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.
