Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
