  Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful.
