  I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. Having the use of the iPad to place room service orders made it very nice to avoid early morning calls. I had dinner at the restau - Lovely hotel. Fine hospitality, pleasant, helpful staff; beautiful, quiet room; comfortable bed with luxurious bedding; good amenities; soft, thick towels and robe. Very clean with a modern but warm ambiance. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining. Convenient location for underground (short walk to Earl's Court) and some major cultural and other sights.

  Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  The service from each and every member of staff I spoken with was impeccable along with a real friendliness and happy attitude.   We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for. And the location makes it even better - 3 minutes walk to both buses and underground (Notting Hill Gate) which takes you to Oxford street in 10 minutes.
