  Fantastic location only 5 mins from Euston. As they say small but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The staff that we seen were friendly and Sylvia on reception was very nice and extremely helpful. We were in a basement room at front of building but it was very bright and airy.   I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.
