  Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable.   We stayed at ABC HOTEL for 4 nights in SEPTEMBER and were quite impressed with this small hotel. It has been updated and staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. We stayed in #10 which is in the back of the hotel and very quite. The hotel is within walking distance of the Paddington tube station and train station (which has Heathrow Exp - I have used several times to Heathrow Airport before and after use. In the difficult London, this hotel is a high satisfaction to find a good hotel an affordable price. 5 minutes from Paddington Station, the room is not too narrow, corresponding pleasant shower room, staff, and continental Breakfast with normal, there is no particular complaints. Number of rooms is not many, probably because of the convenient location, that the system does not suit a lot throughout the year, I recommend reserva

  Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Short walking distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins away max by bus.
