Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and
warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to
check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea
bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. Apartment location and excellent conditions - The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!!
... o que as pessoas dizem » - I was most impressed with the food provided- the choice of tea and coffee was superb and the milk in the fridge just fantastic. Every need had been catered for. Loved the roses on pillows and towels, loved the fact there were towels and bath robes too.
