warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

Para quem pouco ou nada conhecia dos hoteis ingleses a cordialidade a amabilidade dos funcionarios foi excelente e o ambiente no hotel a fazer lembrar os hoteis que nos acostumamos a ver so em filmes era espectacular. - Mudarem o quarto de económico para executivo sem pagar mais por isso, ja que o hotel nao se encontrava completo.

Apartment location and excellent conditions - The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!!
