We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The
kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

A qualidade do quarto e boa qualidade do restaurante Breakfast bom - Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) Very impressed - would definitely stay

localização, limpeza, bom café da manhã, - Very comfortable, clean, no fuss accommodation - Very convenient if coming into London by car. Hotel has relatively cheap parking and location is not too far from sights of South Kensington. Hotel is good value by London standards and breakfast included as standard.

Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The
room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast
(they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned
fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess!
Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They
had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.
