The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty. It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. -

As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

Super hotel with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to help you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and this makes it perfect for short city trips as you can wander in for shopping, sightseeing and food then go back easily and relax!

No elevator/lift but that was not a concern for us. Perfect accommodations for us...two adults and three teens. Walk to beautiful park, castle, city centre, etc. is just minutes away. Exterior of building appears a little worn down but we were pleasantly surprised. Did not have time to stay for bre

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.
