The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. In-room coffee/tea is wonderful-free coffee in lobby evenbetter. Decent, but not great, location for tourists - terrific forbusiness people - easy walk from Monument and Bank metro stops.

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive
ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all
appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We

De tudo. Foi óptimo. - Decoração moderna, quarto bem equipado, café da manhã de boa qualidade (embora não excepcional). Nós tivemos alguns problemas na primeira noite, mas os funcionários se mostraram atenciosos, a gerente se envolveu, desculpou-se, e as coisas foram resolvidas. Very convenient location for South Bank venues. Convenient to access from Kent where we live. Good to have a car park connected with the hotel. The bar, restaurant, lounge and locker area were absolutely amazing! They were places that welcomed a single traveller and really encouraged them to start chatting with other people in the hostel. The whole layout of that area was superb, by far the best I've encountered during my travels, and I'm definitely going to stay at another St. Christopher

Breakfast was simple but fine. The hostel was for girls only and therefore quiet and clean. There was lots of space in the room (compared to other same type of hostels) and there were lockers for everyone under the beds. Free wi-fi in the room.
For that price it was perfect!

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing. Da limpeza do hotel, da localização, todo o hotel está bem renovado. - Vista para a St Paul's Cathedral. A localização não é perfeita porque a zona durante o fds tem pouco movimento em comparação com outros locais em Londres. Mas durante a semana já havia muita gente na rua.

The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

the hotel was a very nice place to stay and I would'nt hesitate in going back the staff were just spot on - The stay in general was perfect for my stay in London, great location, very friendly and helpful staff.
