  I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. The owner was very nice and the decor was lovely. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow.   As soon as we arrived we met a wonderful member of staff on reception, who was extremely polite and friendly. She had arranged for champagne cooler and glasses to be left in the room for a special occasion even though it was a last minute request. The room size was amazing. The bed was so big and extremely comfortable (and I suffer from back pain ... o que as pessoas dizem » following a car accident). The breakfast in the morning was quickly served after a speedy order was taken. Lots of options, cooked well and filled us - From reading the confirmation email & previous reviews, we knew to check in at the Arundel Hotel, which was on the way to the Ashley Hotel from town in any case. From check-in to when we left, we found the staff very friendly & courteous. The hotel itself was very nice, & the room was very clean & roomy. We had a full English every morning which was delicious, & the walk from the hotel to town was pleasant, as we went along the river each time.
