  Self check in was an excellent idea, and could not have been easier, asimple idea but a refreshing change from the usual limitations andrestrictions applied at other BandBs. Breakfast was great, lovely fry up andhuge choice of cereal,fruit and yoghurts! Rooms were very clean andtastefully decorated to high standard and location was excellent. The lounge was large and comfortable and the kitchen was available for guests to use (crockery for each room provided in separate locked cupboards). This is something I have not seen before. Also, it is not far from town - few minutes by car but it would be possible to walk it.

  basic but good clean friendly bed and breakfast good to stay at if on a night out in the town £7.00 in taxi to town center nice cooked breakfast in the morning, also the staff where very helpfull and nothing was too much trouble - Car park makes my life easy and the lovely breakfast.

  Apartment was perfect for our 3 day trip to Cambridge, offering a home from home. Self catering suited us and was a much cheaper option than eating out every night.   The proprietor, Anna, is a most interesting and friendly person. She combines efficiency with charm and informality. The themed "African Room" was a delight, as was the generous and sumptuous breakfast. Location is excellent; quiet but not far from shops, pubs and so on. - Friendly and helpful owner.
