The Staff were all very friendly and helpful, even before we left the country they were advising me via email about buses and taxis etc. The busy bar downstairs was comfortable and the food was excellent. - A really good 'value for money' hotel.   I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one.   The staff went out of their way for you, polite, friendly and knowledgable. The room excellent, the bed incredible and considering proximity to airport ( on site ) no noise at all. I really couldn't reccomend this hotel enough! I have stayed in 5* hotels but this actually surpassed service and my family had the best nights sleep in a hotel! Receptionist was helpful and efficient. Sofa bed was sturdy, comfortable and did not creak. Restaurant had a good variety of food on offer at a reasonable price and staff friendly and efficient. Break fast had a good variety on offer to cater for all tastes and was delicious.

  We were dropped off at the Holiday Inn at the airport, but a short walkacross a car park got us to Hoiday Inn Express. An easy walk along thecovered walkway got us to the terminal easily.
