It is new and clean which is pretty rare for hostels. Showers are new and clean too. Tv lounge on the ground floor is a great concept. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

  I have stayed at Hotel24Seven once before, so knew exactly what to expect, Clean , comfortable , nicely decorated rooms, secure off road parking, easy access via coded locks, great value for money. Indeed I will actually visit Bristol more often now as I have my hotel of choice sorted. - We were delighted to find out that we had our own kitchen with full cooking facilities. It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it.

  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

  I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms and decor. Local to good food establishments. A seperate but integral ultra modern bar downstairs, with also extremely friendly staff , I always enjoy staying here.
