The house has twin, double and family rooms, as well as a guest lounge and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gardens. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities, TV with DVD player, radio alarm clock and hairdryer.
The full cooked breakfast features free range eggs and bacon, and there is also porridge, cereals and homemade granola and preserves. Other choices include waffles with maple syrup, and scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toasted brioche.
Burnbank is just a 5-minute drive from Loch Leven and a 10-minute walk from the Kinross Golf Courses. The beautiful Lomond Hills are around 15 minutes’ drive from Kinross.

A beautiful, immaculate house and garden. The room, and its en-suite, was just beautiful. The dining area is stunning - floor to ceiling glass overlooking a multi-coloured range of flowers. The breakfast was to die for with extra items such as waffles with maple syrup. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a huge selection of dvds and books to choose from too. Everything from the welcome, the home made biscuits in the room to the evening meal. I don't usually stay in B&B's because they rarely do evening meals but with prior knowledge the Burbank will cook up a delight. I really cannot fault the Burbank.
The room, and its en-suite, was just beautiful.The bathroom was exceptionally fitted with quality units. The dining area is very attractive. The breakfast was great. A lovely B&B.
Location - close to the motorway network and within walking distance of Kinross town centre.
Owners are most friendly and helpful. Accommodation superb.

I can't understand why the shower was so very noisy... totally out of character with the rest of the facilities!.
There were gaps around the door, so I could hear the household while I was reading. NOT a big problem!.
