I think you would have to be very critical not to enjoy your stay here. We could not fault it. Staff where very obliging the rooms clean and tidy and of a very good standard plus you can use the health club all in. Breakfast buffet style and that was great too. Its a 5min cab ride into Kings Lynn thats all and a lovely complex in a quiet location. Very much recommended. The hotel and staff were superb and the room and bed were brilliant after a v.long drive. Would definitely stay there again for business or pleasure.

Close to everything in the district that I was visiting and the hotel had all of the facilities that I required. Lovely leisure facilities and excellent adjacent pub (Farmers Arms I think). the comfort of the room, the food, the ambiance of the hotel as a whole, the swimming pool, the accessibility to the coast. Very friendly staff, good value for money, great breakfast. and nice leisure facilities, easy access just off main road. The breakfast waitress was not very happy and didn't direct us in the breakfast procedure. This was only a minor irritation in an otherwise excellent hotel.We arrived late (21.45) and had missed the restaurant, which closed at 21.30. There appeared to be no room service after this time. The obliging Chef whipped us up a salad so can't really complain!. We thought the Garden Restaurant was quite expensive generally and that £10 per person was an expensive breakfast. plastic cups in room. We were specifically seeking to book at Knoghts Hill so didn't need to select. Only grouse was the door not properly fitting the fram and the terrible WHorror Movie" type wind howling noise!Otherwise fantastic hotel, facilities and food. Thanks to all the staff!. Resturant - a few of the staff were not very helpful and the room itself was bitterly cold because of a problem with the heating pump - they shouldn't have been serving meals in there. The wardrobe space (a small cupboard also occupied by an ironing board and spare bedding) could have been larger. We were unable to shower due to being unable to balance the hot and cold water supplies.the breakfast times were told wrong to us. We got up really early and it wasn't even open. shower in the room didn't work very well due to lack of hot water pressure. The attached pub did not offer a good service for the evening meal. It would be nice to have a bottle of water available on the tray.No, good value, good location for North Norfolk and Kings Lynn. The was an old part to the building that gave the impression that it was not up to the remainder. My matress was slightly worn. Lack of Dining facilities - restaurant wa closed, we had to eat the adjoining Pub. Large garden room was excellent, however the minute bathroom was a cramped let down.
