Excellent place to stay and good value. Really friendly staff and great breakfast. Don't expect hotel like service as it is more like help yourself. Really unobtrusive, if you need anything help is available, if you don't, then just get on with it and enjoy your stay!

Very high standards all round, I had a spacious and well designed room, liked having your own space and also having kitchen facilities and garden, so a home from home. Ability to go out for food or make your own, very comfortable environment and relaxing rather than a bland hotel chain. Large selection of foods available at breakfast. -
Everything was absolutely superb, very welcoming after a long journey to be able to relax in clean and very high spec environment. There was nothing that hadn't been thought of. The buffet breakfast and the provisions made available on arrival was another wonderful benefit. I would recommend it to my family, friends and associates.

Impeccably clean, tasteful, unfussy and well run, with every consideration given to providing for the comfort of guests; we saw that business people, families, a young couple, as well as us oldies were equally happy. Close to town for shops and cultural visits, but quiet location just a short drive from the coast.

For the website price it is a great venue for any celebration - rooms are fine and spacious - if you can't stomach the 13 quid breakfast then theres a sainsburys close with a new cafe in development (!) Staff at hotel were so helpful and went out of their way for us.. Breakfast was really good with a lot of selection of choices and meals in evening and were very reasonable in price as were bar drinks in prices as well. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable and quiet.
