All the staff were very polite and friendly. Rigby's bar was lovely. The food in Rigby's looked very tasty but we did not get a chance to eat there - We always stay here when going to functions in harwich as it isfriendly.comfortable and central to the areas in harwich

The room was comfortable and although the booking was initially wrong as only a double bed had been prepared when the booking was for a family the receptionist was quick to rectify the problem. The restaurant attached was good for a family with very swift service even during a busy friday night rush.

We are professional people from London who stay in 5* hotels on a regular basis. Our visit to harwich was for a friends birthday in little Oakley. This was our first experience in a premier inn as was unable to book into the pier as fully booked. The experience was faultless. When we arrived early we were able to book straight into our room and then had lunch the lamb and tbone steak which was lovely. Room was clean modern and warm. Breakfast was excellent.
