It was set right by the canal and we had could see a swan swimming by. All the staff we saw were really helpful and happy, and we had a lovely dinner and very filling breakfast at the associated Beefeater. Would definitely stay again.
The staff were brillent, friendly and helpfull. When we asked for
direction they printed up a map for us which was a great up because it
was long since we had been to Harlow and it had changed a lot. todos opiniões »

A very warm welcome even at 11.00pm, with the receptionist even offering to help me carry my bags. Very impressed with the service for a budget hotel.
The room was fine and quite comfortable. It was very handy to be able to order take out and have it delivered to the hotel room.
Lovely spacious family room cot Provided, temp control in room, very clean, quite and comfortable beds.
you know what expect from premier inn, the surroundings were nice with canal walks just outside door.
The staff were very friendly. The location is great - close to station with easy access to London.
Staff were excellent and helpfull.Convenient for meals at the nearby beefeater in.

Friendly welcome; comfortable rooms.
Friendly welcome, and room comfort.
Breakfast and the pub were great.
I think everything was perfect.
Friendly staff, good location.
Wonderful staff
Late checkout.
The location on the canal.
Although on the small side our room was situated in quiet part of the building. Nice and clean and staff very obliging.
none of it.
Not being able to stay longer...first child free weekend away together for 8 years!.
The downside of our visit was our disable room was situated down 3 steps
as my wife is in a wheelchair, we had to go out round the side and in
though a fire door. Every time we went out we had go round to reception
and tell them we were opening the fire door and when came back we came
to go in and ask for the fire door to be opened. The path outside was
not level or safe enough for a wheelchair.
would of liked a hook in bathroom to hang clothes on, as traveling with child we dressed in bathroom not many dry surfaces, also as cold water in bathroom was warm a water cooler would be nice or sell bottled water somewere on site i was very thirsty first night of stay we bought water for next night.
I am disabled and have to use a wheelchair. So we had to use room 8 as access to and from the room with a wet room facility is very difficult.(via a fire exit)
Thought needs to be given to improving disabled facilities.
Bathroom on the small side.
we were woke up very early by other guests on both mornings and we had to move room as our shower didn't work.
too far from London city center.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Very slow service in the restaurant.
Getting luggage to the room through a maze of stairs and passages was inconvenient reception advised us it was the only option, later another staff member advised us of an alternative entrance which would have been much more convenient.
N/a.
High step into bath to have shower.
room and bed could have been bigger and a bit more inviting as a little drab. have stayed at a premier inn in solihull which seemed alot better.
The instruction on the web site on directions are incorrect Quote it says turn into the Sabir Insustrial Estate , In fact it is behind Harlow Mill Restuarant.
I am familar with the area, but to a stranger this could be confusing.
It is sign posted at the entrance to
the Mill, but if using a sat nav it would take you to the industrial estate.
Arrived just after 2pm and cleaners everywhere rooms weren't all ready and I had to fight my way past trolleys and bedding to get to the one room that was ready even though check in says from 2pm! All I could hear once in was the cleaners singing!.
Second time I have had breakfast and did not eat it.it was only warm I
complained last time Pity because food is good Also in the breakfast at
07.10 order was taken But not served until 0735 just about warm! Pity as
I was looking forward to it.
The beefeeter resturant next door. Manager not helpful and certain things not available although on menu.
first room was too cold. reached 14c in the night.
Second room had an extra heatre which was too hot but when switched off room returned to sub17c.
REALLY AWFUL.
