We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Bridge House very much. Angie and Norman were great hosts. The room was spacious with a very modern en-suite bathroom. The all important Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was terrific. Angie went out of her way to make us comfortable including help with some much needed laundry. The location was perfect for a couple of days exploring Hadrian's Wall. Everything! Warm, friendly hospitality. Scenic location. Modern, clean, bright interior. Spacious bedroom & en-suite with comfortable bed & lovely view from window. Peace & quiet. Close to Hadrian's wall & associated attractions. Short walk to pub. Plentiful breakfast including fruit.
A beautiful location and a very warm welcome from Angie and Norman. We were made to feel at home and our room was luxurious and beautifully decorated. It makes a nice change to stay in a b&b that is modern, cosy and tastefully designed. Very handy to have the Mile Inn pub opposite to have dinner.
The extra attention to details that the owners have taken make this a wonderful place to stay and shows an awareness of their visitor's needs. We stayed in the double room which is large, comfortable and very nicely decorated, as is the whole house.
A really friendly welcome after a long drive. Delightful owners. Excellent breakfasts. Adjacent pub with good food. Made to feel very much at home during our 4-day stay. Great landscape!.
Very nice people. Great breakfast and the nearby Inn had an excellent menu and food. Would definitely stay there again when in the vicinity.
