  From the moment my girlfriend and i arrived to the moment we left , we were treated to a first class service , the staff were friendly and helpfull , the rooms were beautifuly presented and clean . The hotel was faultless in every way , we are certainly going to go back . We can also highly recommend the restaurant . The staff were lovely, the meal in the restaurant at night was really nice and great value. I booked a double room and got a lovely suite which I didnt expect. Very good overall.

I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double via this website, sent them an email concerning this error, and my room was changed the next day and I was notified via a phone call.   My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much as we had never stayed in such a beautiful hotel before. It was just what we were looking for a bit of peace and quiet. Every room in the hotel such as the lounges had beautiful log fires, which we enjoyed a few mulled wines whilst having a lovely relaxing sit down.
