  Wow what an awesome stay! very friendly, super easy and lovely rooms. Would 1000% stay again! The food was great, the service was fantastic. Great location for us in regards to photographing a wedding over at at elms barn - suffolk. True hidden gem, it looked like a regular (but nice!) pub from the outside, once in I thought the interior was very ... o que as pessoas dizem » good and well thought out. I am hoping for more work out that way.... just so we can stay again! See you soon Pier Hotel! :) x - The location was good,but best of all was the staff,from the manageress down they were just great,so helpful and friendly,the food was lovely we had breakfast each morning which set us up for the rest of the day.We went out and about each day but always came back for our evening meal,the food is excellent,great menu and they have one of the best chiefs around,keep up the good work you are all a cedit to The Pier Hotel.

  We found the staff very helpful and went out of their way more than once to try and help us with our enquiries. Also we arrived about an hour and a half before the check in time and we were still able to check in as our room was ready. The family room we stayed in was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for our 7 month old to crawl around in :... o que as pessoas dizem » ) We would definitely stay again. - great service from the workers, polite friendly and could't do any more for us, made our stay very good, they were so help full. a good hotel all ways needs good staff and they are a credit to the nelson
