The large spacious rooms were an immediate visual impact. This was reflected in the furniture and soft well defined fabrics. The opulance of the bathroom was also an eye grabber. Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. The apartment was very nice and comfortable and in a good location for getting to Glasgow University and fairly close to a metro stop. The neighborhood itself isn't anything to write home about and the building could use some minor upgrades but the apartment is comfortable and clean.

The Junior Suite was immaculate and very well set out. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.

Very warm welcome when we arrived and offered to help with our luggage. We had booked the 2bedroom apartment which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a 4month old baby with us and this was an ideal apartment for us. We were also happy with the extras when we arrived- washing up liquid, cloths, dishtowels, toiletries etc.

We loved the beautiful high ceiling with bay window apartment amongst beautiful homes in a great location in Glasgow. The kitchen was all we needed and the B/R facilities excellent. Easy bus service to the city and because we were usually exhausted by the end of the day we would get a taxi back from the city for about 9 pounds. Lovely local shops as well.

The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. I would recemmond this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the close proximity to city center, the Queen's St station ( my arrival point) and Central Station (my departure point) work
