Apartment decor and furnishings were beautiful, clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home. Location was perfect, walking distance to major shopping precinct, bars restaurants, art galleries and train station. Staff were very polite and helpful.
We loved absolutely everything....exceptionally well laid out apartment. Fixtures and fittings top notch.

Desighn of appartments.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment was fully equipped, quite beautiful. It had everything you could need. The manager met us late for checkin, was very responsive to help us with ticket printing etc., provided basics for food - fruit, bread, milk, eggs which was very thoughtful and sure was appreciated after a very long travel day for us.
Decor in lounge and bedrooms especially and the comfy bed.

There was no tissue paper and bar soap. The sugar was not individually packaged. The blankets were too thick.
First class no issues.
Parking price.
Parking is terrible. The manager advised us we could park down the street until morning, but we received a "permit only ticket" - so parking is a few blocks away. There were parts of the apartment not clean which really took away from an absolutely beautiful place. For example, dried food in the fridge, used Kleenex on a side table (so we knew it wasn't cleaned), and the rugs on the floor were not carpeted. Luckily the beds and baths were very clean.
Wasn't quite as clean as it should have been eg bits of fluff on carpet, debris in tv cabinet shelf. Fresh fruit a bit old and wilted. Heavy traffic going past the apartment from 6.30am.
