  Great location - go right for the beach and harbour and left for the town. Just a few minutes easy walking in either direction. Bright , clean and welcoming b & b with friendly owners and great breakfast. Luxurious ensuite bathroom in one of the upstairs double bedrooms. Area and room nice and quiet in the evening and comfortable bed so slept ... o que as pessoas dizem » well. No traffic noise and the owner provided a parking space so we didn't even use our car for 3 days , walked and caught the bus , train , boat - ma - We were made very welcome, and as the B&B has only 3 bedrooms it was almost like staying with good friends, and relatives who all get on well with each other. the breakfast was very good offering almost every combination of traditional english fare..the room was clean and well provided with drinks and biscuits and the beds were comfortable in addition the place was quiet therefore sleep was not a problem .we will stay again when in the area

  We had an excellent stay at Greshamm House. The staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Ideal location. Room was excellent. Owner was brilliant locals were brilliant. Excellent value for money. Small things.like not minding brininging in your own food and providing plates ect. It would be a good as a base for touring the area and surrounding towns ,if staying longer than 1 night.The room we had was clean and recently refurbished with new bathroom/shower facilities and ceiling fan.The owners make you feel very welcome.Breakfast was good.Good luck to Dave and his wife for the future.

  We had a room with an amazing see view. Apart from a few scuffs on walls and doors caused by careless guests the room was great. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Bar staff also need a mention for their efficiency and friendliness. What we call a real holiday! - Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and good restaurants, especially the Italian. If you eat in, you WILL put on weight! Comfortable side room with reasonable view. Very clean, despite the obvious age of the building, which adds to the "antique charm". Enjoyed my few days break and would happily return.

  Very clean, friendly place. We were given the choice of two rooms first floor and top floor. We chose the top floor as sea view was excellent(room 10). Room was clean and comfortable and the power shower was fabulous. Breakfast was nicely cooked and more tea and toast was offered. Help yourself to juices and cereals (all branded).
