  The warmth we were greeted with, lovely room; fantasticly tasty and generous breakfasts, including delicious fruit salad freshly made each morning, good quality foods - filter coffee - all we want at breakfast - instant drinks and a cafetierre with fresh ground coffee, milk, and delicious (probably home made) biscuits in our room - refreshed every... o que as pessoas dizem » day; wine glasses, should we need them!! If we brought back takeaway we could use the dining room,plates, cutlery condiments, etc and Karen regularly - We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. "How we love it when a plan comes together". We cannot speak highly enough of Karen & Richard & their home Wellington House. Every aspect of our stay was as we would have wished & more. Warm friendly hosts, nothing was to much trouble. Room had a nice ambiance & was warm

  Everything! Availability of single rooms. Well thought out lay out of bedroom, cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Great view from bedroom. Impressive art deco reception/dining room. Comfortable surroundings, easy parking, proximity to sea and town. The entire experience was excellent, like stepping back in time when people ... o que as pessoas dizem » really cared about good service. Well done all. - The staff demonstrated genuine care and consideration when I was taken ill a few hours before depature. They helped in every way possible. This assistance removed stress and facilitated a sufficient recovery for me to leave with only a short delay and good memories of my time with them.

  The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccommend this hotel to anybody. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, a real homely atmosphere. The food was excellent and generally the hotel/room were great.
