  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

  I liked the staff they were very helpful in giving us a better room for only an extra £5 without having been asked to do so. The room was nice the bed comfortable with a tv, the bathroom was lovely and clean, they offered us food for breakfast.   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would charge more but don't tell them that.

The shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. Very convenient for Heathrow airport (I got from West Drayton railway station to the guest house and from the guest house to the airport by local bus - as easy as using a taxi). I was staying on business, but anyone who was flying from Heathrow could make good use of this. - Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, 10 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, TV worked, shower was good and easy to operate. Loved Archie (the Westie) the Hall is tucked away in the village of Harmondsworth. An ancient building (17th century) full of character. They didn't rush me at breakfast and overall it was more like staying in an old friends country home than in a hotel - would recommend.
