  Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London. And all this for only £17 per night! - The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

  Very cheap, excellent value, very friendly staff, easy access. Very well positioned for Cardiff visit for rugby international (and Wales thrashed England as well! Thanks for arranging that!). We'll definitely be returning in future if there's availability. - Great location, short walk from the train station, right in the centre of town.
