  The staff were all very amenable. The seting was fantastic - I had been up-graded to a sea view room which was perfect. The service in the bar was good and the meal that we had was very good. Our package included breakfast - my only criticism was the value for money of the breakfast - if I were to have paid the asking prices I would have been very ... o que as pessoas dizem » disappointed - The Receptionist was welcoming on arrival and all staff very curteous and helpful over the one night we stayed. The Hotel was well located with fantastic sea views from the room allocated, considering the discounted rate we paid via the website deal.

  I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!
