  Extremely personal service - welcome with tea/coffee and home made cake (free throughout the stay whenever needed). Good information and reviews about where to eat, also walks/maps for exploring. Breakfast was locally sourced as far as possible and fairtrade if not, plus in the 'snug' local beverages available.
