  Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. Will definitely come aga... o que as pessoas dizem » in ! - The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

  The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel. The evening meal was served in a beautiful restaurant with well trained and attentive staff. Highly recommended. - Excellent food, comfortable room... o que as pessoas dizem » well stocked with tea, coffee etc.Fabulous leisure complex. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Verypleasant and clean hotel. Would thoroughly recommend staying here
