Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

The location is fantastic! The Brighton Pier is less than 100 metres away. You have all the local amenities around the corner, restaurants at the back road and take aways was easy delivery as well. Given the non perfect flat but it is clean and tidy. The good thing is that you have a personal internet supply which means the connections was great.

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!

I liked that is was fairly close to Brighton town centre. It was cheap, cosy, clean and the service was very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient having the restaurant in the same building and if we wanted a drink we did not have to worry about driving anywhere.
