excellent location - friendly hotel manager - able to get the guest parking permits sorted and were very inexpensive for Brighton parking!. More than we expected. Room was great, service was great. warm friendly owners, close 2 the beach n local amenities. clean abd bright rooms, great location and if returning t brighton in the future i would book again with court craven. It was central to everything.The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. No frills accomodation, very clean and quiet also close to all amenities.the owner was lovely and loved the big mugs for tea and coffee in the rooms and the privacy of the hotel and the location was very good for the beach and bars and the rooms were very clean. The room was clean and the sheets to and towels all fresh. It was great to have a t.v. Eamon met me on my arrival, he was both friendly and helpful, offering a much better map of the city than the one I had.Nothing whatsoever. not staffed and no food opptions. they didnt change the towels once in our 4 day stay. Our bed had a massive dip in the middle, the shower took ages to get hot, and the telly had bad reception. The room was very small, it did not look like the picture I saw on the internet.
