Everything ,the room (no 6)was large and comfortable, the staff were
friendly and helpful let us leave the car in the car park on monday
after we checked out to look around the village, the meal on sunday
night was superb and mondays breakfast was beautifully cooked.would
recommend to anyone and hope to visit again.
Very friendly staff, lovely cooked breakfast, the room was nicely presented and we particularly liked the addition of still and sparkling water. A great location and off street parking was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.todos opiniões »
Room was modern and clean, Breakfast fresh, local and good. Nice greetings from all of the staff, Love the idea of taking the duck on our travels and sending in the pictures of where it's been. Location is great.
hotel was a delight as was the staff. room was brill (No 6) food was very good and quick no waiting around. every body just made you feel relaxed from start to finish of our stay, can't wait to go back.
Great price, lovely spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, Good location
in pretty Cotswold town. We booked the day before and were pleasantly
surprised how good this place was.
The staff were wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Great location and the two restaurants accociated with the hotel were excellent.
The food was delicious, and the staff so helpful and friendly. Topped off by sleeping in the comfiest bed we have ever slept in. Five stars all round!.
Set in a beautiful village. Residents car park needed as parking space is a premium in the village. Lovely room.
Location was excellent.
The Croft Restaurant was an added bonus.
Overall ambience and style.
Very friendly staff, ideal central location next to the river, excellent food.
Everything about this hotel is wonderful ,great location ,great food ,a must.
The relaxed & friendly atmosphere
The clean rooms
The friendly staff.
Location was brilliant. Right in the heart of burton on the water.
Close to shops, water, cafes. Very clean , nice size room.
Very comfortable stay.
TV a bit small, only half a sausage at breakfast.
Unfortunately breakfast started a bit late, but it was just one of those
one off things that happens. Staff were trying very hard, receptionist
helpful and doing her best. Only a problem as we did not have much time.
Lighting. Room and bathroom was very dark so difficult to put on makeup. Our room was right beside a road. Internet access very limited.
Bed was too small and a little uncomfortable.
The door locks meant that guests slammed doors.
Would like a small fridge for perishables.
Very crowded in the village.
Lack of parking. We ended upparking on the otherside of the village. Had we know that there was limited parking we would not have booked.
Superior room classification was disappointing and did not reflect the
price. View from room to bins and kitchen staff smoking was unpleasant.
Not informed in advance that the Italian restaurant was closed as they
were advertising for a chef!.
