Beth & Norman opened the - There was a cosy family feel to the hotel, with only 5 or 6 bedrooms and a very personal touch. We were offered a cup of tea in the garden when we first arrived, and breakfast was cooked to order and served in a family dining room with the other guests in the morning. The piano in the hallway was utilised by another guest and it was pleasant to hear in the morning while we were getting ready. The hotel is quaint and eccentric, which gives it some charm.   Lovely little cottage located right out the way in the countryside but easy 10 minute drive to Bath and local amenities are within 5 minute drive. We drove most days to Bath but used Abbey Taxi's to go out on Friday night (aprx £11 to Bath centre) very reliable and reasonable taxi firm.
